On November 28th and 29th, 2023, the members of the COVIDRIVE Steering Committee met in Valencia, Spain to discuss the overall Partnership as well as ongoing and future studies.
Partners’ representatives and Liz Miller, member of the Independent Scientific Committee, joined both in person or virtually for an intense two-day meeting. The Co-coordination team with representatives from both P95 and Fisabio organized the meeting and chaired the discussions.
This meeting was a nice opportunity to evaluate the current way of working of the consortium and brainstorm ideas to improve in the future. It also came at an appropriate time to engage in both scientific and strategic discussions about the expansion of the COVIDRIVE scope.
Kaatje Bollaerts (P95 SC member and Co-Coordinator): “ Having the opportunity to meet face-to-face and allocating time to hear the views of each other, from both private and public partners, enriched the dialogue and contributed to find a balanced consensus for the future of the Consortium.”.
